Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using the platform.

By creating an account, signing in to BlogDrip, placing an order, adding funds, publishing content or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use BlogDrip.

References to “you” or “your” mean the individual or organisation using the Service.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an Account, signing in, placing an order, adding funds, publishing content or otherwise using BlogDrip, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Each individual user must accept the applicable Terms before using the Service.

If you use BlogDrip on behalf of a company, organisation or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf and bind that organisation to these Terms.

Certain parts of BlogDrip may be subject to additional terms, including our Publisher Terms and transaction-specific conditions displayed before purchase.

If you do not agree to the applicable Terms, you must stop using the Service.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to:

  • the BlogDrip Service;
  • applicable law;
  • our business model;
  • pricing or commercial arrangements;
  • payment methods;
  • technical functionality;
  • security requirements.

Where appropriate, we may notify users of material changes and may require users to accept an updated version before continuing to use the Service.

The latest version of these Terms will be made available through the BlogDrip website or application.

Nothing in an updated version affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

4. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Account means an organisation-level or individual BlogDrip account through which users, balances, websites, orders and settings are managed.

Advertiser means an Account or user purchasing a website placement, article, link or related service.

5. The BlogDrip Service

Depending on the services available to your Account, BlogDrip may allow you to:

  • create and manage content;
  • create campaigns and projects;
  • publish content to participating websites;
  • connect WordPress websites using the BlogDrip Plugin;
  • manually publish content where automated publishing is unavailable;

6. BlogDrip’s Role

BlogDrip provides technology and services that connect Advertisers, content buyers, Publishers and website owners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, BlogDrip does not own or control third-party websites available through the platform.

Content published through BlogDrip is hosted on the destination Website and not by BlogDrip itself.

The owner or operator of the destination Website remains responsible for that Website, including its hosting, availability and operation.

When an Advertiser purchases a placement from an independent Publisher through the Marketplace, BlogDrip facilitates the transaction in accordance with these Terms and the Publisher Terms.

7. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating and maintaining an Account.

You are responsible for keeping your information up to date, including your:

  • name or company name;
  • contact information;
  • billing information;
  • tax information where applicable;
  • payment or payout information where applicable.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your Account and through users authorised to access it.

You must not knowingly provide false or misleading information.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Passwords must satisfy the security requirements displayed by BlogDrip.

The platform currently requires passwords to contain at least eight characters and no spaces.

You must not share login credentials with unauthorised persons.

BlogDrip may use security measures including:

  • login-attempt restrictions;
  • temporary Account lockouts;
  • CAPTCHA technology;
  • fraud detection;
  • abuse-prevention mechanisms.

Where available, users may also be able to sign in using supported third-party authentication providers such as Google.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you should contact BlogDrip as soon as possible.

We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect an Account, the Service, other users or third parties.

9. Websites

You may only connect, register or offer a Website through BlogDrip if you own that Website or have sufficient authority to manage or publish content on it.

You are responsible for ensuring that information provided about a Website is accurate.

This may include:

  • website URL;
  • language;
  • categories and niche;
  • placement prices;
  • minimum article length;
  • image requirements;
  • permitted links;
  • publication requirements;
  • website metrics.

We may review, approve, reject, suspend or remove Websites where reasonably necessary to operate or protect the Service.

Additional Marketplace rules are described in the Publisher Terms.

10. Your Content

You retain ownership of intellectual property rights you hold in content submitted to BlogDrip.

This may include articles, text, images, titles, URLs, anchor text, briefs and other materials (“Your Content”).

By submitting Your Content, you grant BlogDrip a worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, transmit, format, adapt where technically necessary and publish Your Content solely as required to provide the Service.

Where Your Content is intended for publication on a third-party Website, you also authorise us to make the content available to the relevant Website owner or Publisher.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and publish Your Content.

11. Content Standards

You must not use BlogDrip to create, submit, order, distribute or publish content that:

  • violates applicable law;
  • infringes intellectual property or other third-party rights;
  • is defamatory or unlawfully discriminatory;
  • constitutes unlawful harassment or threats;
  • contains or distributes malware or malicious code;
  • facilitates phishing, fraud or deceptive redirects;
  • unlawfully promotes prohibited products or activities;
  • exploits or sexualises minors;
  • deliberately deceives users about the destination of a link;
  • deliberately misrepresents a Website, its ownership or characteristics.

You must also comply with the content requirements established by individual Publishers and Websites.

These requirements may include:

  • minimum word count;
  • maximum number of outgoing links;
  • image requirements;
  • category requirements;
  • anchor-text requirements;
  • dofollow or nofollow requirements.

We may reject, suspend, unpublish or remove content where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law or relevant Website requirements.

12. Intellectual Property

Except for Your Content and third-party materials, BlogDrip and its software, systems, APIs, interfaces, documentation, branding, logos and technology belong to BLOGDRIP LTD or its licensors.

Your right to use the Service does not transfer ownership of BlogDrip intellectual property to you.

You must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, reproduce or exploit BlogDrip technology except where expressly permitted by us or applicable law.

13. Marketplace

BlogDrip operates a Marketplace through which eligible Publishers can offer placements and Advertisers can purchase them.

Placements may include:

  • blog articles;
  • guest posts;
  • links;
  • other publishing opportunities made available through the platform.

Prices and applicable fees are displayed before an order is confirmed.

Different rules may apply depending on whether publication takes place automatically using the BlogDrip WordPress Plugin or manually by a Publisher.

Use of the Marketplace is additionally subject to the applicable Publisher Terms.

14. E-Cash Wallet

BlogDrip may provide an E-Cash Wallet within your Account.

E-Cash is a prepaid platform balance primarily used for Marketplace transactions and other eligible BlogDrip services.

E-Cash:

  • is intended for use within BlogDrip;
  • is not a bank deposit;
  • does not earn interest;
  • cannot normally be transferred between Accounts;
  • is separate from BlogDrip Credit.

Amounts refunded by BlogDrip in connection with eligible Marketplace refunds are credited to the applicable E-Cash Wallet.

A refund to E-Cash does not constitute a cash payment or external payment transfer.

15. Credit

BlogDrip may provide a separate Credit balance for eligible loyalty or Credit-based publishing services.

Credit:

  • is separate from E-Cash;
  • has no cash redemption value;
  • cannot normally be converted into E-Cash;
  • cannot normally be transferred to another Account;
  • cannot be withdrawn to an external payment method.

Where an eligible transaction was paid in Credit and BlogDrip approves a reversal under the applicable Credit terms, the applicable amount may be restored in Credit.

16. Payments and Top-Ups

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

BlogDrip currently supports payments through third-party payment providers including Stripe and PayPal, depending on availability.

Funds are added to the selected wallet after the relevant payment provider confirms successful payment.

Some payment methods may take longer to confirm than others.

Any applicable payment-processing fee, tax or other charge will be displayed before you complete the transaction.

Payment-processing fees are not credited to your E-Cash Wallet or Credit balance.

We do not normally store complete payment-card details where payment processing is performed directly by a payment provider.

17. Prices, Fees and Taxes

Prices and applicable BlogDrip fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction.

Unless otherwise stated, monetary amounts are denominated in euros (EUR).

Applicable taxes will be calculated or displayed where required.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information and for complying with tax obligations applicable to you.

Invoices may be generated electronically and made available through your Account.

18. Refund Policy

Except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, a Marketplace order qualifies for a refund only in the following two situations:

  1. Publisher rejection: the Publisher rejects the order before publication; or
  2. Failure to publish on time: the Publisher does not publish the order within the publication period applicable to that order.

No other contractual Marketplace refund entitlement applies.

Where a refund is due under either of these circumstances, the refundable amount is credited exclusively to the user’s BlogDrip E-Cash Wallet.

Refunds are not contractually paid by:

  • bank transfer;
  • credit card;
  • debit card;
  • PayPal;
  • cash;
  • another external wallet;
  • another external payment method;
  • transfer to another BlogDrip Account.

The refunded E-Cash may be used for eligible future purchases through BlogDrip.

Receiving an E-Cash refund does not create a contractual right to withdraw or receive that refunded amount through an external payment method.

Nothing in this section excludes or restricts a refund or repayment that BlogDrip is legally required to provide under mandatory applicable law.

19. Publisher Rejection

If a Publisher rejects an order before publication, the applicable refundable order amount is credited to the Advertiser’s E-Cash Wallet.

The amount is not returned to the payment method originally used to fund the Account.

A Publisher rejection does not create a contractual entitlement to reimbursement of previously incurred payment-processing fees.

20. Failure to Publish Within the Required Period

Where an order must be published within a specified publication period and the Publisher fails to publish the order within that period, the applicable order amount is credited to the Advertiser’s E-Cash Wallet.

BlogDrip may verify that:

  • the publication deadline has expired;
  • the placement has not been successfully published;
  • the order otherwise qualifies for a refund.

An order successfully published within the applicable publication period does not qualify for a refund under this section.

21. No Refund After Successful Publication

Once an order has been successfully published on the agreed destination Website, the order is considered delivered and no refund is provided.

This applies even if, after publication:

  • the Advertiser changes their mind;
  • the Advertiser no longer wishes to use the placement;
  • the Advertiser requests removal;
  • the Advertiser does not achieve the expected SEO result;
  • search engine rankings change;
  • content is not indexed;
  • content later loses indexing;
  • traffic does not increase;
  • leads or sales do not increase;
  • third-party SEO metrics change.

The only exception is where a refund or other remedy is required by mandatory applicable law.

22. Removal After Publication

Withdrawing or removing an order after successful publication does not result in a refund.

Where the BlogDrip platform allows an Advertiser to request removal of a published placement, the amount originally paid remains non-refundable.

Removal of a placement does not reverse the fact that the publication service was successfully delivered.

23. Website Changes After Publication

Once an order has been successfully published, later changes affecting the destination Website do not automatically create a refund entitlement.

This includes:

  • temporary Website downtime;
  • changes in Website metrics;
  • search engine algorithm changes;
  • loss of indexing;
  • ranking changes;
  • changes in Website traffic;
  • changes in third-party SEO metrics.

Separate Publisher obligations concerning agreed placement duration remain governed by the Publisher Terms.

24. No Discretionary Marketplace Refunds

Except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, BlogDrip does not provide discretionary Marketplace refunds outside the two refund situations described in Section 18.

In particular, a refund is not provided solely because of:

  • SEO performance;
  • ranking changes;
  • lack of indexing;
  • Website metric changes;
  • lack of traffic;
  • lack of leads or sales;
  • an Advertiser changing their mind;
  • a voluntary removal request after publication.

25. Payment Processing Fees

Payment-processing fees and similar charges incurred when adding funds are generally non-refundable.

An E-Cash refund relating to a Marketplace order does not automatically refund processing fees paid when funds were originally added.

Where mandatory applicable law requires different treatment, that law prevails.

26. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal or similar claim, BlogDrip may, subject to applicable law:

  • suspend or restrict the Account;
  • reverse the corresponding E-Cash or Credit balance;
  • place the Account balance into a negative position;
  • withhold eligible Publisher withdrawals;
  • investigate the underlying transaction;
  • recover amounts properly owed to BlogDrip.

A chargeback does not create an additional entitlement to retain the corresponding E-Cash or Credit balance.

27. Artificial Intelligence Features

BlogDrip may provide AI-assisted tools for generating or modifying content.

AI output may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions or unsuitable material.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using or publishing it.

BlogDrip does not guarantee that AI-generated content:

  • is factually accurate;
  • is unique or original;
  • does not infringe third-party rights;
  • is suitable for a particular purpose;
  • will be indexed by search engines;
  • will achieve any particular SEO result;
  • will be treated in any particular manner by search engines or third parties.

Use of AI features may incur additional charges.

28. API and Integrations

BlogDrip may provide APIs and integrations with third-party services.

API credentials and authentication information must be kept confidential.

You are responsible for activity carried out using credentials issued to your Account.

We may implement rate limits and other technical restrictions to maintain security, stability and availability.

We may modify or discontinue API endpoints and integrations.

Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of material breaking changes.

29. WordPress Plugin

BlogDrip may provide a WordPress Plugin to connect participating Websites to the Service.

By installing and connecting the Plugin, the Website owner authorises BlogDrip to perform supported publishing operations required to provide the requested services.

This may include:

  • creating posts;
  • updating posts;
  • publishing links;
  • updating links;
  • removing posts;
  • removing links.

Website owners are responsible for maintaining their:

  • WordPress installation;
  • hosting environment;
  • BlogDrip Plugin;
  • other software affecting Plugin functionality.

Certain functionality may require a minimum supported Plugin version.

30. Third-Party Services

BlogDrip depends on third-party services and technologies.

These may include:

  • payment providers;
  • hosting and cloud providers;
  • email providers;
  • analytics providers;
  • AI providers;
  • image providers;
  • WordPress;
  • authentication providers;
  • search engines.

We do not control these third parties and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

31. No SEO or Performance Guarantee

BlogDrip does not guarantee any particular result from publishing content or purchasing placements.

In particular, we do not guarantee:

  • search engine rankings;
  • organic traffic;
  • indexing;
  • continued indexing;
  • Domain Authority;
  • Domain Rating;
  • backlink value;
  • retention of rankings;
  • leads;
  • sales;
  • revenue;
  • any other SEO or commercial result.

Search engines and third-party measurement providers operate independently from BlogDrip and may change their algorithms, policies and metrics at any time.

Historical performance does not guarantee future results.

32. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Unless a separate written service-level agreement expressly states otherwise, no specific uptime commitment applies.

Maintenance, software updates, third-party failures, hosting issues and other circumstances may temporarily affect the Service.

Certain BlogDrip operations are performed through background processes and may not occur immediately.

33. Monitoring

BlogDrip may monitor Websites connected to the Service to provide platform functionality.

This may include checking:

  • whether a Website is online;
  • whether the BlogDrip Plugin is connected;
  • Plugin status and version;
  • publication status;
  • outgoing-link availability;
  • placement expiry;
  • available Website metrics.

Personal data processing associated with this monitoring is described in our Privacy Policy.

34. Privacy and Data Protection

BlogDrip processes personal data in connection with the Service.

Details concerning categories of information collected, purposes, legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention periods and your rights are provided in our Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.

35. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to BlogDrip or another user’s Account;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
  • deliberately bypass platform security or rate limits;
  • introduce malicious software;
  • scrape private information belonging to other users;
  • impersonate another person or organisation;
  • use BlogDrip for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
  • misrepresent your authority over a Website;
  • manipulate Website information or metrics;
  • intentionally circumvent applicable BlogDrip Marketplace fees.

36. Suspension

We may restrict or suspend an Account where we reasonably believe this is necessary because of:

  • a material breach of these Terms;
  • suspected fraud;
  • a chargeback or payment dispute;
  • unlawful activity;
  • security concerns;
  • unauthorised access;
  • misuse of the Service;
  • non-payment;
  • risk to BlogDrip, another user or a third party.

37. Account Termination

You may stop using BlogDrip at any time and request closure of your Account.

We may terminate an Account where there is a material or repeated breach of these Terms or where continued provision of the Service creates a material legal, security or fraud risk.

Termination does not automatically cancel obligations or transactions arising before termination.

Outstanding Marketplace transactions, Publisher payments, disputes and financial obligations may need to be resolved before an Account can be fully closed.

Unused Credit is not redeemable for cash.

An E-Cash refund does not become externally withdrawable merely because the Account is being closed.

Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

38. Publisher Earnings and Withdrawals

Publisher earnings are separate from Advertiser refunds.

Eligible Publishers may be permitted to withdraw qualifying Publisher earnings under the conditions set out in the Publisher Terms.

A Publisher payout is not a refund.

The existence of Publisher withdrawal functionality does not entitle an Advertiser or buyer to withdraw an E-Cash refund.

39. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided subject to applicable law.

While we aim to operate BlogDrip with reasonable skill and care, we cannot guarantee that every feature, integration, third-party Website or external service will always be available or error-free.

BlogDrip is not responsible for decisions made independently by:

  • search engines;
  • Publishers;
  • Website owners;
  • hosting companies;
  • payment providers;
  • other third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

40. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to mandatory applicable law, BlogDrip will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for losses arising solely from acts or omissions of independent third parties outside our reasonable control.

For business users, this may include loss of:

  • profit;
  • revenue;
  • anticipated savings;
  • goodwill;
  • rankings;
  • traffic.

Nothing in this section limits statutory rights available to consumers where those rights apply.

41. Indemnification by Business Users

If you use BlogDrip in the course of a business, you agree to indemnify BLOGDRIP LTD against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising directly from:

  • Your Content infringing third-party rights;
  • your unlawful use of the Service;
  • your material breach of the content standards;
  • deliberate misuse of BlogDrip.

This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

42. Changes to the Service

We may update, improve, replace or discontinue features of BlogDrip.

We may also change technical requirements where reasonably necessary for:

  • security;
  • legal compliance;
  • compatibility;
  • performance;
  • development of the Service.

Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice where a change materially affects an active paid service.

43. Electronic Communications

By using BlogDrip, you agree that service-related communications may be provided electronically.

These may include:

  • security notifications;
  • transaction confirmations;
  • invoices;
  • publication notifications;

If you qualify as a consumer, this provision does not deprive you of mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights available under applicable law.

45. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

A failure by BlogDrip to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a restructuring, merger, acquisition or sale of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between you and BlogDrip.

46. Related Policies

Your use of BlogDrip may also be governed by:

Where additional transaction-specific terms are presented before an order or purchase, those terms also form part of the agreement relating to that transaction.
