Disclaimer
Last updated: 13 augustus 2026
This Disclaimer applies to the BlogDrip website, BlogDrip platform, Marketplace, publishing services, tools, content, reports and related services.
By using BlogDrip, you acknowledge and agree to the matters described in this Disclaimer.
This Disclaimer should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Publisher Terms, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. About BlogDrip
BlogDrip is operated by:
BLOGDRIP LTD
Company number: 13986477
Registered in England and Wales
Registered office: 32 Kinburn Street, London SE16 6DW, United Kingdom
BlogDrip provides a platform connecting Advertisers and Publishers for content publishing, website placements and related digital publishing services.
References to “BlogDrip”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean BLOGDRIP LTD.
2. General Information
Information provided through the BlogDrip website, platform, blog, guides, glossary, documentation and other resources is provided for general informational purposes.
We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be:
- complete;
- accurate;
- current;
- error-free;
- suitable for a particular purpose.
Online publishing, SEO, search engines, advertising, artificial intelligence and digital marketing change rapidly.
Information that was accurate when published may subsequently become outdated.
You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it.
3. No Professional Advice
Nothing provided through BlogDrip constitutes:
- legal advice;
- financial advice;
- tax advice;
- accounting advice;
- investment advice;
- other regulated professional advice.
Information published by BlogDrip should not be used as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional familiar with your circumstances and jurisdiction.
You remain responsible for your own business, legal, financial, tax and publishing decisions.
4. No SEO Guarantee
BlogDrip does not guarantee any SEO result from using the Service.
Purchasing, publishing or maintaining an article, guest post, link or other placement does not guarantee:
- higher search engine rankings;
- improved organic visibility;
- increased website traffic;
- search engine indexing;
- continued indexing;
- increased Domain Authority;
- increased Domain Rating;
- improved keyword positions;
- increased leads;
- increased sales;
- increased revenue;
- any other SEO or commercial result.
SEO performance depends on many factors outside BlogDrip’s control.
5. Search Engines
BlogDrip is independent from Google, Bing and other search engines unless expressly stated otherwise.
Search engines control their own:
- algorithms;
- ranking systems;
- indexing decisions;
- spam policies;
- link policies;
- manual actions;
- automated systems;
- search-result presentation.
Search engines may change their systems or policies at any time.
A placement that provides an SEO benefit today may provide a different benefit or no benefit in the future.
BlogDrip cannot predict or control these changes.
6. No Guarantee of Indexing
Publication of content does not guarantee that a search engine will:
- discover the content;
- crawl the content;
- index the content;
- continue indexing the content.
A search engine may remove a page or Website from its index at any time.
BlogDrip is not responsible for indexing decisions made by third-party search engines.
Lack of indexing or loss of indexing after successful publication does not create a contractual refund entitlement.
7. Links and Backlinks
BlogDrip facilitates the purchase and publication of eligible links and content placements.
We do not guarantee that a backlink will:
- improve rankings;
- transfer a particular amount of authority;
- increase traffic;
- remain indexed;
- improve third-party SEO metrics;
- generate leads;
- generate sales;
- produce a measurable return on investment.
Different SEO tools may report different metrics or interpret the same link differently.
Once a placement has been successfully published, dissatisfaction with backlink performance does not create a contractual right to a refund.
8. Third-Party SEO Metrics
BlogDrip may display Website or SEO metrics obtained from third-party providers.
These metrics are provided for informational and comparison purposes.
They may include measurements relating to:
- Website authority;
- backlinks;
- traffic;
- estimated traffic;
- visibility;
- Website performance;
- other SEO indicators.
BlogDrip does not control the methodologies used by these providers.
Third-party metrics may be:
- incomplete;
- delayed;
- estimated;
- inaccurate;
- changed without notice.
You should not treat a third-party metric as a guarantee of actual Website quality or future performance.
Changes in third-party metrics after successful publication do not create a contractual refund entitlement.
9. Marketplace
BlogDrip operates a Marketplace that connects Advertisers with Publishers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, BlogDrip acts as an intermediary platform.
Independent Publishers control their own Websites.
BlogDrip does not automatically endorse every:
- Publisher;
- Website;
- article;
- link;
- product;
- service;
- statement;
available through the Marketplace.
Website approval by BlogDrip means that the Website satisfied the applicable platform requirements at the relevant time.
Approval does not constitute a guarantee of:
- SEO performance;
- traffic;
- rankings;
- commercial value;
- indexing;
- future Website availability.
10. Publishers
Publishers are responsible for the Websites they register and operate through BlogDrip.
Publishers are responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient authority to:
- list a Website;
- accept placements;
- publish content;
- publish links;
- maintain purchased placements.
Publishers are also responsible for complying with applicable law and the BlogDrip Publisher Terms.
BlogDrip cannot guarantee that an independent Publisher will continue operating a Website indefinitely.
11. Advertisers
Advertisers are responsible for the content and instructions they submit through BlogDrip.
This includes:
- articles;
- URLs;
- anchor text;
- images;
- titles;
- publishing instructions;
- briefs;
- other submitted materials.
Advertisers must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use and publish submitted material.
BlogDrip does not accept responsibility for unlawful, infringing, inaccurate or misleading information submitted by an Advertiser.
12. Website Availability
Websites available through BlogDrip may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.
Possible reasons include:
- hosting problems;
- domain expiration;
- Website maintenance;
- security incidents;
- WordPress problems;
- Plugin problems;
- changes made by a Website owner;
- business closure;
- technical failures;
- legal requirements;
- circumstances outside BlogDrip’s reasonable control.
BlogDrip may monitor participating Websites, but monitoring does not guarantee continuous Website availability.
13. Placement Availability
A placement that was successfully published may subsequently become unavailable.
The Publisher may remain subject to separate obligations under the Publisher Terms concerning the agreed placement duration.
However, later unavailability does not automatically convert a successfully published order into a refundable order.
For contractual Marketplace refund purposes, the specific rules in Section 16 of this Disclaimer apply.
14. Permanent Placements
Where a placement is described as “permanent”, this refers to the applicable BlogDrip placement model.
It does not mean that BlogDrip guarantees that the:
- Website;
- domain;
- Publisher;
- hosting provider;
- internet infrastructure;
will exist forever.
A permanent placement therefore does not constitute a lifetime availability guarantee by BLOGDRIP LTD.
15. Publication Deadlines
Certain Marketplace orders may be subject to a specified publication period.
The applicable publication period may be shown:
- in the Marketplace;
- in the order details;
- in the relevant Website settings;
- elsewhere in the BlogDrip platform.
Where a Publisher is required to publish within a specified period, the Publisher is responsible for meeting that deadline.
16. Marketplace Refund Policy
Except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, a Marketplace order qualifies for a refund only in the following two circumstances:
- Publisher rejection: the Publisher rejects the order before publication; or
- Failure to publish on time: the Publisher does not publish the order within the applicable publication period.
No other contractual Marketplace refund entitlement applies.
All qualifying refunds are credited exclusively to the Advertiser’s BlogDrip E-Cash Wallet.
17. Publisher Rejection
If a Publisher rejects an order before publication, the applicable refundable order amount is credited to the Advertiser’s E-Cash Wallet.
The refund is not paid to:
- a bank account;
- credit card;
- debit card;
- PayPal account;
- cash;
- another external wallet;
- another external payment method;
- another BlogDrip Account.
Once an order has been successfully published, it can no longer qualify for a refund on the basis of Publisher rejection.
18. Failure to Publish on Time
If a Publisher fails to publish an order within the applicable publication period, the applicable order amount is credited to the Advertiser’s E-Cash Wallet.
BlogDrip may verify that:
- the publication deadline has expired;
- the placement has not been successfully published;
- the order otherwise qualifies for a refund.
Where applicable, funds held in escrow will be returned to the Advertiser’s E-Cash Wallet instead of being released to the Publisher.
19. E-Cash Refunds Only
Except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, an approved Marketplace refund is provided exclusively as E-Cash.
BlogDrip does not contractually provide Marketplace refunds through:
- bank transfer;
- credit card refund;
- debit card refund;
- PayPal refund;
- cash payment;
- external digital wallet;
- cryptocurrency;
- transfer to another BlogDrip Account;
- any other external payment method.
The refunded E-Cash remains within the applicable BlogDrip Account and may be used for eligible future BlogDrip transactions.
Receiving an E-Cash refund does not create a contractual right to withdraw that refunded amount externally.
20. No Refund After Successful Publication
Once an order has been successfully published on the agreed destination Website, the order is considered delivered and no contractual refund is provided.
This applies even if, after publication:
- the Advertiser changes their mind;
- the Advertiser no longer wants the placement;
- the Advertiser requests removal;
- the placement does not achieve the expected SEO result;
- rankings decrease;
- rankings do not increase;
- the content is not indexed;
- the content later loses indexing;
- Website metrics decrease;
- traffic does not increase;
- leads do not increase;
- sales do not increase;
- revenue does not increase;
- third-party SEO metrics change.
Successful publication completes the order for the purpose of refund eligibility.
Separate Publisher obligations concerning placement duration may continue to apply under the Publisher Terms.
21. No Discretionary Marketplace Refunds
Except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, BlogDrip does not provide discretionary Marketplace refunds outside the two situations described in Section 16.
In particular, BlogDrip does not provide a Marketplace refund merely because:
- an Advertiser is dissatisfied with SEO results;
- Google or another search engine changes its algorithm;
- a page is not indexed;
- a page loses indexing;
- a Website metric changes;
- traffic is lower than expected;
- leads are lower than expected;
- sales are lower than expected;
- rankings are lower than expected;
- the Advertiser changes their mind;
- the Advertiser voluntarily requests removal after publication.
22. Removal After Publication
Removal of a successfully published placement does not create a contractual refund entitlement.
Where BlogDrip allows an Advertiser to request removal of a published placement, the amount originally paid remains non-refundable.
Removal does not reverse the fact that the publication service was successfully delivered.
23. Publisher Removal After Publication
Publishers may have ongoing obligations under the Publisher Terms to maintain a placement for the agreed duration.
If a Publisher improperly removes or materially alters a placement after successful publication, BlogDrip may take enforcement action against the Publisher.
Such action may include:
- withholding Publisher earnings;
- reversing eligible Publisher balances;
- suspending Publisher payouts;
- delisting a Website;
- suspending Publisher functionality;
- terminating an Account;
- requiring corrective action.
However, premature removal after successful publication does not automatically create a contractual refund entitlement for the original order unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
24. Website Downtime After Publication
Temporary or permanent Website downtime after successful publication does not automatically create a contractual refund entitlement.
BlogDrip may take appropriate action against a Publisher or Website where required under the Publisher Terms, but the original order does not become automatically refundable merely because the Website later becomes unavailable.
25. E-Cash Is a Platform Balance
E-Cash is a balance used within the BlogDrip platform.
An E-Cash refund is therefore a credit to the user’s BlogDrip Account and not an external cash payment.
E-Cash may be used for eligible BlogDrip transactions in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
An Advertiser’s refunded E-Cash should not be confused with qualifying Publisher earnings.
26. Publisher Withdrawals Are Different from Refunds
Eligible Publishers may have the ability to withdraw qualifying Publisher earnings in accordance with the Publisher Terms.
A Publisher payout is not a refund.
The existence of Publisher withdrawal functionality does not give an Advertiser the right to withdraw an E-Cash Marketplace refund.
Accordingly:
Advertiser refund → E-Cash Wallet
Eligible Publisher earnings → may qualify for Publisher withdrawal
These are separate mechanisms.
27. Payment Processing Fees
Payment-processing fees and similar costs incurred when adding funds to BlogDrip are generally non-refundable.
An E-Cash Marketplace refund does not automatically include payment-processing fees previously paid when funding an Account.
Where mandatory applicable law requires different treatment, that law prevails.
28. Credit
BlogDrip may separately provide a Credit-based publishing system.
Credit is not E-Cash.
Credit:
- has no cash redemption value;
- cannot normally be withdrawn;
- cannot normally be paid to a bank account;
- cannot normally be transferred to another Account;
- cannot normally be exchanged for E-Cash.
Transactions made through Credit may be subject to separate Credit-specific rules contained in the BlogDrip Terms & Conditions.
29. Artificial Intelligence
BlogDrip may provide AI-assisted functionality.
Artificial intelligence systems can produce:
- incorrect information;
- incomplete information;
- outdated information;
- misleading information;
- unsuitable content.
AI-generated content should always be reviewed before publication.
BlogDrip does not guarantee that AI-generated material:
- is factually correct;
- is unique;
- is original;
- is free from third-party rights;
- is suitable for publication;
- complies with every applicable law;
- will be indexed;
- will rank;
- will be treated favourably by search engines;
- cannot be identified as AI-generated.
You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication.
30. User-Submitted Content
BlogDrip may facilitate publication of content supplied by users.
BlogDrip does not guarantee the:
- accuracy;
- legality;
- quality;
- reliability;
of all user-submitted material.
Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to publish their content.
We may remove or restrict content where we reasonably believe it violates our Terms or applicable law.
31. Third-Party Websites
The BlogDrip website and platform may contain links to third-party Websites.
These links may be provided for:
- Marketplace placements;
- reference;
- convenience;
- documentation;
- integrations;
- payment;
- authentication;
- other functionality.
BlogDrip does not control independent third-party Websites.
We are not responsible for their:
- content;
- security;
- availability;
- terms;
- privacy practices;
- commercial practices.
Visiting a third-party Website is at your own discretion.
32. Third-Party Services
BlogDrip depends on external services and technology providers.
These may include providers relating to:
- payments;
- cloud infrastructure;
- WordPress;
- artificial intelligence;
- analytics;
- authentication;
- email;
- images;
- search engines;
- Website metrics.
Third-party services may:
- experience outages;
- change functionality;
- modify their terms;
- alter APIs;
- discontinue services.
BlogDrip cannot guarantee the continued availability or operation of third-party services.
33. WordPress and Plugin Functionality
BlogDrip may use a WordPress Plugin to automate:
- publication;
- updating;
- monitoring;
- removal of eligible content;
- link management.
Plugin functionality depends on the destination Website and its technical environment.
Factors outside BlogDrip’s direct control may affect Plugin functionality, including:
- WordPress updates;
- hosting configuration;
- incompatible plugins;
- themes;
- security software;
- server configuration;
- Website modifications;
- outdated Plugin versions.
BlogDrip does not guarantee uninterrupted Plugin operation on every Website configuration.
34. Marketplace Monitoring
BlogDrip may monitor participating Websites to help operate the Marketplace and enforce platform requirements.
This may include checking:
- whether a Website is online;
- whether the BlogDrip Plugin is connected;
- publication status;
- outgoing-link status;
- placement status;
- expiry information;
- relevant Website metrics.
Monitoring does not amount to a guarantee that every Website or placement will always remain available.
35. Editorial Content
Articles, guides, glossary entries, examples and other editorial resources published by BlogDrip reflect information, experience or opinions available at the time of publication.
Such information may become outdated.
References to strategies, tools, software, companies or services do not constitute a guarantee that they will be appropriate for every user.
Users should perform their own assessment before making business decisions.
36. Affiliate Relationships
Where BlogDrip uses an affiliate link or receives compensation for referring users to a third-party product or service, this should be disclosed where required.
Unless expressly identified as an affiliate or sponsored relationship, a reference to a third-party company, product or service should not be interpreted as implying such a commercial relationship.
37. Trademarks
Company names, product names, logos and trademarks mentioned through BlogDrip may belong to their respective owners.
Their inclusion on BlogDrip does not imply:
- sponsorship;
- endorsement;
- partnership;
- affiliation;
unless expressly stated.
38. Examples and Results
Any examples, case studies, calculations, screenshots, statistics or results displayed by BlogDrip are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
Past results do not guarantee future results.
Your results may differ substantially depending on factors including:
- Website quality;
- competition;
- industry;
- search algorithms;
- content;
- timing;
- market conditions;
- Publisher performance;
- third-party decisions.
39. No Revenue Guarantee
BlogDrip does not guarantee that an Advertiser will earn or save money by using the Service.
BlogDrip also does not guarantee that a Publisher will:
- receive orders;
- achieve a particular Marketplace position;
- earn a particular amount;
- receive recurring revenue;
- maintain the same pricing or commission structure indefinitely.
40. Service Availability
We aim to keep BlogDrip available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- technical problems;
- third-party outages;
- security incidents;
- hosting issues;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless separately agreed in writing, BlogDrip does not provide a guaranteed uptime or service-level commitment.
41. Background Processing
Certain BlogDrip operations may be performed through scheduled or background processes.
This may include:
- publication;
- removal;
- expiry;
- renewals;
- escrow processing;
- invoices;
- notifications;
- monitoring.
These operations may not occur instantaneously.
Temporary processing delays do not automatically create a refund entitlement unless the Publisher ultimately fails to publish the order within the applicable publication period.
42. Decisions Based on BlogDrip Information
You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information available through BlogDrip.
Before making significant:
- commercial;
- financial;
- legal;
- tax;
- SEO;
decisions, you should perform your own assessment and obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.
43. Limitation of Liability
The limitations and exclusions of liability applicable to your use of BlogDrip are primarily governed by our Terms & Conditions and, where applicable, our Publisher Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlogDrip does not accept liability for losses arising solely from:
- search engine algorithm changes;
- ranking changes;
- loss of indexing;
- changes in SEO metrics;
- decisions by independent Publishers;
- independent Website outages;
- third-party services;
- reliance on general editorial information;
- expected SEO results that do not materialise.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
44. No Waiver of Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to remove, waive or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where mandatory applicable law gives a user rights that conflict with this Disclaimer, those mandatory legal rights prevail to the extent of the conflict.
This includes any refund or repayment obligation that applicable law requires BlogDrip to fulfil through a method other than E-Cash.
45. Relationship with the Terms
This Disclaimer explains important limitations and expectations concerning the BlogDrip Service.
The contractual relationship between you and BlogDrip is primarily governed by the:
- Terms & Conditions;
- Publisher Terms where applicable;
- transaction-specific conditions shown through the platform.
If there is a conflict between this Disclaimer and a specific contractual provision, the applicable contractual provision takes precedence, subject to mandatory applicable law.
